Hello and welcome ! I'm Christine and I stitch under the name Gentlework, which very aptly describes what I do. Inspired by nature, timeworn fabrics and my personal stories, I create subtly hued hand embroidered work, with a distinctly vintage feel. I am drawn to tiny details and intricate stitches and take my lead from the vintage treasures I have collected over the years. I share my creativity with you through teaching workshops and the kits I design.
